Grading of Wood
Wood is a natural product. No two pieces are exactly the same. When selecting a wood floor you should be aware that many manufacturers grade wood for certain characteristics. The characteristics being selected differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and from country to country. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure that the floor supplied is acceptable as to grade, colour, shade etc. before installation as any sample cannot fully represent the true nature and diversity of a fitted floor.
